World's Biggest Salad

Over one thousand volunteers gathered in Bucharest, Romania to put together the world's largest salad. The salad consisted of over 20 metric tons of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and 800 liters of olive oil. The purpose of the event was to promote healthy eating habits in Romania. Pity the one who gets the soggy salad at the bottom!
